U.S. Supreme Court review likely in case denying bond to undocumented immigrants facing deportation

The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals issued its decision in the case last Friday. Most other U.S. circuit courts have ruled undocumented immigrants do enjoy the right to a bond hearing.
