TL;DR
T-Mobile’s new T-Mix plans are being criticized by customers for their confusing “Picks” system and restrictions on changing benefits.
Customers worry they’ll have to choose between streaming perks and device promotions, with families potentially getting less value.
Reddit users also fear losing legacy-plan benefits and discounts, while some say cheaper carriers offer a better deal.
T-Mobile has officially unveiled its new T-Mix plans, but its latest attempt to give customers more control over their perks is already facing backlash.
